  We came to this restaurant to celebrate a birthday. We had an awful experience from start to finish. I had booked a table for 7 and was given a table for 6, this was the first issue. When I spoke to the waiter regarding this table his response was to shrug his shoulders...! Ignoring that, we asked if there was a table to accommodate our original booking and the response was 'this is your table' and then he walked away. The waiter made us feel like we weren't there with his response.
  Secondly, as one of the waitresses was clearing the table away, she dropped a knife and fork on a 9 year old member of our party. The fork fell on her back and the knife fell on her arm, which cause her distress and pain in her arm. The waitress did not apologise but muttered "Jesus Christ" and walked away.
  It was only when another member of our party went to speak to a member of staff about the incident an apology issued to the 9 year old. Both managers on duty in this evening were unfriendly, seemingly stressed and overworked and, quite frankly, rude! What an absolute awful experience for a birthday celebration.

  Ordered a Pepperoni pizza and asked for extra onion.... it came without the Pepperoni and almost no onion. They gave me another one... this time it was under-cooked and had no chillies. We also ordered a hot chocolate... it never came.
  
  Just like the Pizza Express in Pinner, they're super stingy with the toppings and we won't be going back.
  
  You're much better off going to Harrow or ordering a take-away.

  Service needs improving. Visited on a Wednesday night around 8pm. Restaurant about 50% full. Staff seemed to be in their own world.

  Potatoes had buds on them...thought it was just one but on all of them. Please use fresh potatoes! And do you not check your ingredients before you cook? Otherwise a very nice meal.
